The closures feature Wheaton "Super Septa," a low extractable septa that is optimal for GC/MS applications. Polypropylene ABC 9mm screw-thread caps are available in six liner types. Convenience packs include 1.8mL vials packaged in a recyclable PETE plastic clamshell and caps in a separate bag to help prevent particulate contamination.

It has the same shape as a crimp vial, making it easy to handle with an autosampler and easy to handle with a screw cap. Wide mouth design prevents syringe problems. Can be used with various manufacturers' GC and LC.
